- The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt if it does not meet the customer's needs.
- The product printed according to the customer's specifications and requirements (custom design) cannot be returned.
- The customer has the right to replace the product in the event of a failure, provided that the product is not in poor condition or broken due to misuse and that the replacement takes 4 working days.
- Any discounted product cannot be returned or replaced.
- The following technical support products are not exchangeable or refundable:
- An advertising campaign on Google Maps.
- Create a new account and business activity on Google Maps.
- Prove ownership of the business activity on Google Maps.
- Transfer ownership of the business activity on Google Maps.
- Unsuspend the business activity on Google Maps.
- Recover a stolen account and business activity on Google Maps.
- Modify account data and information on Google Maps.
